DESIGNING A MAGAZINE COVER

Hello everyone !

    I am going to tell you all about my latest project! I designed a digital magazine cover.You can see it below.

    My task was to design a magazine cover for a fictitious theme magazine.I choose fashion for my theme for the magazine.Because I was asked to design a cover as appealing as possible and I find fashion quite appealing and attractive.So, I thought that if I design a fashion themed magazine cover, I can make it appealing with so many different tools and ideas and also, I can have so much fun while doing it :)

    I used postermywall.com for my design.It has a lot of differen options to benefit from so I definitely recommend this site if you ever need it for a similar task.

    I think I would really enjoy using this kind of activity for my future students because I would love to see how creative they can be and I am sure that they would enjoy doing this task as well.Because, students like to do fun activities in which they can get creative rather than the traditional education they face.

CREATING A FLIPPED VOCABULARY TEACHING VIDEO

     Hello everyone ! In this post , I will tell you all about my latest creation . I prepared a flipped vocabulary teaching video with my group friends and you can see it at the and of this post . We were asked to choose 10 words from a unit within the given coursebook and create such a video for teaching those words . Also , at the end of the video , you can see the matching game we created for checking the understanding of the students 😊       I think creating these kinds of flipped classroom videos are so helpful for us in terms of having some experiences in this approach . Also , in terms of implementing this approach to an English classroom , it would be so much beneficial for students because a language can be learned through interaction and exposure of the target language . CREATING AN INFOGRAPHICS

 Hello everyone !      I am going to write about the infographic design that I created for my lesson project.You can see my design below.      My task was to design an infographic about the online higher education in Turkey during the pandemic.I used Canva to create an infographic.It was pretty easy and enjoyable to create such a product.It provides a range of themes and designs and you can add photos from your own computer to support and visualize your design.      I think it is a very useful task for language learners because it can encourage students to use the language they are learning and it does not have to include higher levels of proficiency in the target language.They can practise their existing knowledge of the language easily.Also, students would have fun creating a design on their own as I did. onlıne hıgher educatıon ın turkey - Dilara Sezgin
